Returns & Replacements Policies

Inuksuk Safety Return Policy

You may return any of the following items to Inuksuksafety.ca, for any reason, for a full refund (we’ll also refund the return shipping cost, if the return is a result of our error) within 60 days. Approval for returns on the following items are required before sending them back to inuksuksafety.ca:

Original S.W.A.T Footwear

Altama Footwear

Smith & Wesson Footwear

All other items listed on inuksuksafety.ca are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping may be required depending on the size of the return.

Clothing returns can only be accepted if the original label/ hangtag has not been removed. No exchanges or returns on final sale merchandise that are custom orders and personalized orders.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must return your item to inuksuksafety.ca in the same condition you received it, and the return must be postmarked within 30 days from the day of receipt.

Missed Free Shipping Eligibility

Where a customer has not entered the coupon for free shipping prior to checkout and missed the opportunity to receive free shipping where available, Inuksuk Safety will refund the shipping cost if an email is received before the item has shipped. For refund please email rick.needham@inuksuksafety.ca

Return Shipping

If return Shipping is required; You must take appropriate steps to ensure the safe return of the product:

  • For items valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service.
  • For items valued at $35 or more, ship the return using a trackable shipping service.
  • For items valued at $35 or less, we suggest using Post Canada delivery confirmation service to show delivery.
  • Your shipment must be sent prepaid. We do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Replacement of Damaged of Defective Items

If you received a defective item that is sold by Inuksuksafety.ca and need to replace it with the same item, Email us to request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your item.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE

No exchanges or returns on final sale merchandise that are custom orders and personalized orders.

CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL & INTERAC ONLINE REFUNDS

For refunds or price adjustments, we only credit the original account used to make the original purchase. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
For purchases through PayPal, if:

PayPal balance or bank account was used, the amount will immediately be refunded back to your PayPal account.

Credit card was used, the refund will immediately be sent to the credit card company for processing. Generally, this can take 1-7 days depending on the credit card company. Please allow up to two billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement.
